Specification

Basic specifications are outlined as follows:

Steel base

-Welded base fame made of 140 mm U-Channel &I-beam, internally braced with 140mm-beam outer periphery welded all around as skirting.

-legs of 14 mm U-Channel is welded to frame at maximum 2.0m span. Legs height from ground level is approximately 50cms.

Floor

-Between U-channel and I-beam additional Hollow core steel section size 40*40mm, at 35cms space in between across the frame are placed to take up load and reduce deflection over 18mm thick plywood phenol coated.

-floor is covered with 4 mm PVC vinyl/rolls or carpet.

External wall

-The external wall consists of sandwich panel of size 122*244 cms having overall thickness 7.5 cms.

Internal wall

-Internal wall consists of sandwich panel 5 cm.thickness.

Roof and ceiling

-Sloped trusses are welded construction from angles size 40*40*4mm running across, and a top ,puylins of angle or hollow section run longitudinally.

-Trusses are also welded over peripheral angle holding top of external panels.

-G.I. corrugated or painted profiled sheet of 26 gauge are fixed with j- hocks 1/2''*31/2"on top of roof to cover the steel trusses.

-Ceiling is formed by fixing 4mm plain plywood of size 122*244 cms at bottom of steel truss-tees edges and peripheral angle.

-false ceiling 60*60cm gypsum board with fluorescent lamp 60*60cm.

Internal Door

-All doors hollow wooden, having red wood frames and flush door leaves consisting softwood cores faced with teack plywood glued and pressed.

External Door

-powdered aluminum profile of 18 cm.Thicknesswith clear or laminated 6mm. Glass.

Windows

-powdered anodized 1.8cm profile aluminum windows with clear 6mm thick glass sheet is provided in each room having opening size 100*100 cms. Fly screen is also provided with each window.

-Kitchen and bathroom windows are the same construction but with size opening 60*40 cms or 50*50cms.

Electrical

-All electrical wiring in 3-core is routed through PVC conduit, built in the wall panels and over the ceiling.

-Light switches and sockets of 13 and 15 lamps, one number each are provided in equal room.

-Electric distribution board with circuit breaker are installed with suitable capacity for 220.

-fluorescent light fitting and/or incandescent bulbs are provided as necessary.

-Exhaust fan is installed in bathroom and kitchen for ventilation.

Plumping

-PVC pipes and fitting are used for water supply line, with suitable values and chrome fixtures. Hot and cold water line are provided for washbasin and kitchen.

-bathrooms consist of one wash basin one western type

W.C. and a shower tray.

-Kitchen contains stainless steel sink mounted on wooden support.

-Electric water heater of appropriate capacity is also provided.

Air conditioning

-opening size 80*60 cms for a/c window unit are provided in each room.

-painted steel frame is provided for supporting a/c unit.
